Spoke with Norman Mueller, GBIT CEO: Norman was very cordial and open and honest about everything... Here's the jest of what he said: 1. Yes IGHS and GBIT are still VERY MUCH a relevant topic...he said we should get something official (as in tender offer) in a few weeks but he can't say anything else now because of SEC constraints on "preconditioning" the market. 2. Will have 3 profitable quarters in a row 3. IGHS has some big contracts and there could be some synergy there IF the 2 companies did merge. It was a very positive conversation. Most comforting after the panic of the last few weeks... R. Gates
