John, I got some info from IR on Oct/22, since CRN is heating up I thought I'd post it. SHARES ISSUED 15.1 MILLION RSVD for issue .9 MM WTS 4.2 MM OPTIONS 1.5 MM WORKING CAPITAL about 75-80k (sept 30) Awaiting an update (as trenching and pitting has been ongoing) from JCI on there GHANA JV We are actively working on closing another agreement in the Matachewan area- expecting to announce something in 2-3 weeks There Blackstock property is 7.5 km southwest of CRN's position PERSONAL COMMENTS: your right about not much working capital, possibly we might get some interest in Blackstock for a jv, if CRN's results are great. there's always a possibility JCI might pull off a surprise in Ghana looks like they plan to be around for a while. Situation could turn around,- MIKE
