It has never been hidden that Mark is involved with both companies. Mark may not have done anything out of order up to this point. But, the associations with S. King, Dan Fisher, et al cast him in a real questionable light.

If he can pull the deal with Noble House, which I heard is a go once the MIDL shell is purged; he redeems himself, possibly his own investment and ours.

Anyway that is how it makes sense to me but I am just guessing and waiting for someone who has solid DD to confirm my hopes.
