So Kevinl, what do you think about this fancy after the fact dividend announcement, to share owners before Oct 9 with these funky preferred shares that look like they will be untradeable for 3 years (this company should be considered fortunate to still be in business 3 years from now), get paid 1 for each 10 owned, but can convert in 2002 for only 2 common per 1.

Surprising that they didn't make this announcement before Oct 9th. That would seem to be an orderly way for the markets to properly value the shares. Or did I miss your discussion of this in your Top Dog Newsletter?
