Merrill, Prudential & Legg Mason comments today: nordby.com Smith Barney went from Outperform to Neutral. < They are also making a strong attempt to keep key managers from getting lured away by headhunters > Information Week mentioned in the most recent issue that EDS was vulnerable until a new CEO (and CFO) was named.
