Hi All, I just want to say that i bought some shares yesterday after reading the CC transcript. I've listened to a lot of CCs, but what struck me about this one was how knowledgeable both the CEO Jaffe and CFO Morash were about the nitty-gritty financial details, and how much good news (and very little bad news) they were actually reporting. Neither one of them stumbled once. I bought at market immediately after reading the transcript. Thank You CBS! My only problem with SFSK is that they borrowed money to buy back shares in the upper 30s. Now i know that that usually boosts ROE, so that's not the info that i'm fishing for. And Yes--it may be a useful "dodge" to justify the high PE. But my question to the thread is this: did it really make sense for SFSK to borrow money to buy back their own shares? It just doesn't strike me as prudent. And that's why i only bought 100 shares yesterday. Which BTW i fully expect to recover to the 40s within 12 months as long as the Bull Market resumes operation--as seems to be the case. Cheers, David
