If contracts are big and margins are anticipated to rise in 99, why would the stockholders and executives (holding options revalued at $12 and change) be interested in selling out at $20. CBS stock writer says buyout at 4 times estimated earnings, which would be about $20. If these rumors of new lucrative contracts come through, stockholders should get more for this stock. Or one might think the action of this stock since the Tellabs fiasco was manipulated. Any comments appreciated.
