Greg, I'm going to try to set up a TradeStation indicator that will track the conversion price. Believe it or not, there is a Black Scholes indicator in there. I'm not sure it applies, but I might take a look to see what the formula is. It might give us a hint what Ancor is doing with the INRANGE revenue. Did you get 22 days for the value of N? Craig
