dpl - recommend Helix file shredder - go to the Network Associates web site or check your retailer for Nuts and Bolts Deluxe.

Or - worst case scenario, delete the files, then mass copy a large file to the hard drive over and over (change the name each time) and over in a single folder until the drive is full, then delete that folder.
