I can't figure out where there's any expectation for a "big christmas boost".

Mitch Bartlett "raised his sales projection for the current quarter to $170 million ..." from $153.7M this quarter. biz.yahoo.com
that's only a 10.6% increase in revenues in the christmas season over the weakest season

And growth for this weak quarter was not great: "It appears the growth of book sales from its existing Web site actually slowed considerably from the second quarter after factoring out revenue from CDs and books from the two international sites Amazon acquired." cbs.marketwatch.com

"[Ryan]Jacob said a slowdown in growth for the book business was expected. '[Management] said in their conference call that they're starting to see seasonality in their business,' he said." (see above)

If that slowdown was due to seasonality and the next quarter will only be 10.6% better, isn't this looking pretty weak? What am I not getting here?
