Craig,

<<If 22 days is right, I show the 3 lowest closes at 1.125 on 10-8-98, 1.09375 on 10-9-98, and a bunch of 1.25 closes. The average of those three would be 1.15625. There is one flaw in my calculations. I only show the closing price, not the closing BID prices, which could be a little lower. I wonder where to get that information? How did you handle that problem?>>

I cheat, I'm lazy, you caught me. I use the closing price, which might be slightly higher than the closing bid, as you point out. Since I'm not in charge of issuing the stock certificates, I don't mind understating by a couple shares.

I'm sure there is a source to capture closing bid prices electronically, but I don't where and I'm not willing to enter the data manually. If anyone knows a good source, please let us know.

Greg
