Yeah, I was rather optimistic. Regarding the $15M+, it does improve their cash position, since up till now, they've had zero cash on hand.
Their term payments don't start until April 30, 1999, and appear to be in amounts of over $7M per Q. But they do have a ton of payables, don't they?

Things do look crappy, and I've lost faith in their credibility. But I'll still wait until I see the October "numbers".
