I think that's a gross exaggeration: The tone on the Yahoo board is not ugly, in my opinion - they are just sorting out facts. One of the things that the external news releases does is scramble the information and sometimes even leave out important information such as the clear indication that there is re-structuring of CML in the works, itent to finance indicated by bankers and a clear plan of expansion for S & H in the works. In fact, on the Yahoo board, now that the smoke is clearing, there appeared a "new" buyer, at these levels. And the way the stock acted today indicated a comprehension of events to come and long-term holding.
