B Bands just give so many (usually 2) standard deviations off a so many time period (you seem to like 34) moving ave. They have no predictive power, though some like to say " if stock moved 2 SD, it's more likely to go in opposite direction" - exactly same reasoning as when people say "the coin fell heads this time, therefore next time it is more likely to fall tails".
