You are really not familiar with how the government nor regulatory agencies work are you? How long have you worked for one? Did you ever? Do you have any idea what kind of pressure, say for instance, the Speaker of the House can bring to bear on regulators? Remember the investigation and oversight power Congress has? Hmmmm. Get real.
