News release: Acquisition Ebony Gold and Gas Inc EGG Shares issued 7,853,599 Oct 27 close $0.15 Fri 30 Oct 98 The VSE has accepted for filing an agreement dated Aug. 19, 1998 between Ebony Gold & Gas and Running Foxes Petroleum (owned by Steven Tedesco, Steven Schuman and Doug Gaines) whereby the company has agreed to purchase an 8.24 per cent carried working interest (equivalent to a 6.59 per cent net revenue interest) in approximately 1,008 net acres of oil and natural gas property interests (the Dodson Branch oil and gas project) in Jackson County, Tennessee.
