Further on ITEX, now that markets are closed. Convertable preferreds had me worried for a few minutes, then I saw, that while they do not seem to be floorless, the company can buy them back at $3, and Co seems to have the $ to do it if they want.

Also claiming people on Yahoo drove their price down (and are suing)

I like it but will wait for 1.50, but I'm always missing my mark. At least have cash available for the no brainers that way
