hi, rico and other "oilmen" here, not Jack Uslton.. NOI is doing well, though the volume is low. we need some catalyst to blow it off. hopefully, that comes from redueced production of oil, and inreased price. the stock may walk back and forth a couple of times, i do believe we are at the bottom now. old saying: patience will be highly rewarded..lol. regards bill L P.S. mighty Dell stays strong, though at upper trading range short seek and cnwk..pretty cool return. seek is still good short. a hyped stock with bad earning, and long-term speculation. good luck to you all.
