Thanks Wendy, the process was a two envelope procedure with the technical submissions being opened first. We learned that we won the technical proposal evaluation a few weeks ago. The margin was substantial, but the final award is based on a formula of technical points and price. To beat us, the next closest bidder would have to have a price considerably lower than ours. The pricing envelope was opened today, and we were also the lowest bidder. One of the advantages our technology has is that it provides a more cost effective solution than most of our competitors. I would add that new developments are underway to push the technology and competitive lead even further. Regards, John
