According to Jill, it's the only time they ever did this. This was signed when they were a private company.

Please note:
Some of you may be wondering about my past posts. If SI was still privatley owned, I would not be posting all the Privacy / Secuirty issue stuff. But this is a public company now. The corporate big wigs may have a different idea what to do with SI. My concern is the sharing of data with third party companies, or tracking movements within the go2net umbrella sites for marketing, or other reasons we may never find out.

The Internet NEEDS some regulation in regards to Privacy issues and the companies that collect and share that data. Europe just adopted new tough privacy rules on the Internet, we NEED similar regulation in North America to protect the little guys.

I still like these guys, just want to clear the air.
