I don't do options and don't know their chacteristics. I tend to use a 5 min chart. But you want a 14 day trade, I would guess you should use EOD data, and RT/delayed as only a early warning to exit or enter at a better place. if you wanted signals from a 60 min chart try 55 periods on your MAs and etc.
