I am not sure where I got that. I will look around. I just now reread
the risk factors under their annual report. It is possible I mis read it
before.

The risk section indicated that NVAL has to decide for themselves
if they want to pick up the 3 year options on each store beginning
in 1999. It said that WalMart is expected to increase its fee's
on those option years.

I will get back to you if I find more information.
