Steve, Regarding someone posting on the Motley Fool board that C. W. Williams, Jr. was buying up stock; I just heard from Lajuanda Holder, Director of Investor Relations at CWEI, and Mr. Williams continues to choose to receive stock in the company in lieu of his salary. She is not aware of any additional purchases but will double-check with CWEI's legal department on Tuesday, the 7th. Other news: CWEI's CFO Mel Riggs has finished reviewing the Hanifen's earnings estimates and he did think Hanifen's estimate for '97 might be a little high. We should have them shortly and I am very anxious to see what they consider high. Buzz Mills
