The takeover of CAL won't affect CALGZ holders. CAL holders will simply be issues one CALHZ for each 10 CAL they hold much like the initial distribution of CALGZ. In a much earlier post I think I did the math to explain how CALGZ could get to $58. This would unlikely be the result of a settlement since $58 uis considered a maximum and there would be some compromise in a settlement.
