Sam,

My understanding is they are paid primarily by commission. I disagree with you, however, about keeping them hungry. I'd like to see them making so much in commissions that they had their own private table at Lutece. Food can be very much like money... the more you have the more you want. I want them to have plenty of both because most of the income will go to TSIG. Guess I'm just greedy that way <VBG>!
