Fred, I agree, picking a bottom is very tough. Doing this is a BIG part of my strategy for trading stocks. In fact, when first buying in, buying at or near a 52 week low is part of the criteria I use. So far I have done very well with this strategy but like you said But anybody that predicts any kind of a 'bottom' for anything is an idiot. I sure have made myself an IDIOT several times. Most recent was thinking that Fonar Corp (FONR) just Could NOT possibly drop below $2.00. Well, not 0nly did FONR drop below $2, investors sold and the price hit $.97 cents on the Bid, $1.00 Ask. Nothing had changed at all, just frustrated investors selling stock in a time frame when no one was looking for ANYTHING. So, It would appear there is strong support for FNTN in the $.50 to $.70 cent range but Never say NEVER :^) I'm learning and toning down a bit on PREDICTIONS. I still have plenty of PREDICTIONS but learned to keep them to MYSELF Better to be thought a FOOL than to open your mouth and remove ALL DOUBT. A true statement that's hard to do. Regards, Malcolm
