Opposite, opposing, contrary, flamboyant, babble, hype and even obviously wrong to all but poster's, are accepted and tolerated. Shorts may even post lies to counter hype and threaders may flame each other. But personnel attacks between individual threaders disrupt the flow and prevent SI members from posting or even reading the thread. Maby each thread needs its own localized police committee that can speak for the thread to the SI police. Spitful and personnel posts to inflame another, even if containing on topic information, can be monitored and recorded and warning given. The following are my thoughts only. I found this on SI home page but cannot locate article. If can locate article, please post on Maxam thread.
