Dear Crossy - NT is indeed a grossly underrated co. Only yesterday, one of its subsidiaries and ANTC [joint venture] has sold AT&T some cable telephony product. If T indeed goes through with using TCI to go after the last mile, it is a huge windfall. Yes, HDS has problems; but then, this is more a norm than an exception when one does bottom fishing <g> Sorry about MIDL. I guess we are learning all the time. Hopefully, pragmatism and common sense moderation will be the new paradigm in the political arena. best, Bosco
