Dear Tom, Left out a line in my original post: $10 million in total assets minus $300,000 in intangible assets is $9.7 million in tangible assets. If you subtract $6.6 million in total liabilities, you get $3.1 million in "net" tangible assets. We surpass the benchmark on this item. We also easily surpass the market cap requirement as long as the stock sells in excess of $.88. A company must only meet one of the requirements to remain listed. -Ariella
