I did not miss any point biz.yahoo.com You did - even though closed - as long as the juridical entity exist the transferable losses will be a value. My point is that Aret could stop all activities and still have a value higher than current quote. Jens (BTW as long as you never said that you agreed to have made an error back when stating that ARET had 800MM outstanding shares - You are in the hot spot SEC-wise)
