It sure looks like 85%+ of CLCK is Baetz and Gallant. What percentage of key management decisions would you guess are made by the pair? What is your guess and....... Who cares? Columbia Capital is not named as part of the investigation. Columbia Capital's assets are not frozen. Q. What the worst thing that can happen to Baetz and Gallant? A. They might have to sell assets, probably real estate to cover restitution. Could they actually go to jail? Perhaps, but once again that is Baetz and Gallant and not CLCK. It's unlikely that the FDIC wants anything more than money from Baetz and Gallant, after all this is a civil suit seeking damages. If a criminal case is filed then Baetz and Gallant would have reason to worry if they are named in such an action. Oh sure this is ugly for CLCK shareholders but..... Q. What's the worst thing that could happen to those of us who actually own CLCK shares? A. The stock heads further south. Will that happen? Beats me, but apparently Friday's newspaper stories didn't have any negative so far. Remember that CLCK is processing accounts for the FDIC and has been since July. Every indication is that these credit card account portfolios will be moved to new banks soon: biz.yahoo.com Regards, Jeff
