Bill Vaughn is the one who threatened the SI death penalty. Then, in one of these famous conservative leaps of logic, he, who was whining about "direct name calling", calls me a crybaby and a whiner. He may have gone to SI, too, I don't know but I find the sudden modulation in his abuse highly correlated. All I know is that I didn't complain to SI, I haven't heard from them about anybody else's complaints, and I've never threatened to complain to SI. Despite rather voluminous "ad hominem ad nauseum" from certain parties.

And boob is pretty tame for you, too, JLA. I got a file that contains a lot worse from you, and that was just one random day. Your modulation also seems highly correlated. You wouldn't happen to be another whining crybaby who can dish it out, but not take it, would you? Because, of course, your political views are "correct", and anybody who disagrees is an idiot?

On the topic you profess expertise on, you answer is highly evasive. Yes, Congress approves appropriations for everything. That didn't stop the Reagan administration's war on Nicaragua, did it? The executive branch is directly in charge of the regulatory agencies. I understand your desire to pin it all on Congress, but it doesn't wash.
