dgiv will do what it has to do to succeed. Negotiations with foreign governments/telcos take time, but each day going by means we are that much closer to signed deals/ It looks like share price has stabilized,since investors holding the shares now are mostly long-termers. We are forming a base at this level, with many potential players watching the stock. Imagine what announcements regarding signed deals would do to the share price at this level!
