I will be getting the spin-off dividends too, an elite group hey. Who knows what they will be worth, not complaining. Your discovery with National Boston re physician access makes sense. The core physician investor group has been consistent with all three of my contacts within and outside the company. Supposedly the core physician investor group was/is not bothered by the reverse. The SI trader world freaked because of the standard knee jerk reaction to a reverse where the core group paid little attention. At $1.60 thats .40 cents a share pre reverse, so thats a ho hum to the core investor group. Few on SI or the core group have averaged in over .50 pre reverse IMO, so except for the extreme volatility and angst not much has happened to shareholder value.
