I'm not saying what the market deserves given the conditions,
only the direction it is going. S&P is on its way to 1150, (Cisco and Dell haven't reported earnings yet) I suppose the DOW could manage to stay level at 8600 for a while but there has been, and will continue, to be a rush to find semi-liquid stocks to put money in (why bond market has gone against stocks, imo - fund shifting while anticipating inflows). That is the prescription the doctor Greenspan ordered. Strong dollar was good, now weak dollar is good. High trade deficits weaken the dollar, even better. Everything under wraps. That prick in the bubble has been patched.
