I have been watching the sale catalogs Service Merchandise has been sending out. Their catalogs are well put together and it is obvious they are trying to change their image. The pricing seems to be competitive and their merchandise appealing. They just may be able to pull this turn around off. The last time I was in a store the service was slow and it was impossible to find help. Let's hope they have addressed these problems as well. Thinking of adding a little more to average down. Anyone???? Denice
