Gee whiz, if I'd believe all the propaganda and lies I'd be another Jbal...But Jack, as usual the ISCAM Dabbling Queen has been feeding you lies and misrepresentations again as if they were steadfast facts.

ReMessage #248 which has a link to ISCAM, the following claims are made regarding our little doughnut:
(a) three times as far
(b) equal efficiency on tower, air, ground or water
(c) uses Earth's magnetic field to ride near or just below the surface
(d) allow signals to reach far side of mountains (inference that the signal goes through the mountain)
(e) circularly polarized

Dr. Smith at WVU may fantasize about these things, but that doesn't make it fact. Dr. Smith is not an RF engineer, and he has NO RF engineers on staff. These claims are nothing more than uninformed conjecture by unqualified people. There is no third-party lab in the country willing to sign-off on any of the claims above.

And here is a little challenge for the Dabbler....Let's get a major third party lab to confirm or reject all of the above. If the above bullshit is confirmed I will pay for all the testing and transmit on each and every thread, one hundred consecutive days, that I was wrong and this is indeed a wonderful antenna. IF ON THE OTHER HAND the lab rejects this high octane package of BULLSHIT, then the Dabbler and ISCAM will pay for the lab test and ISCAM will have to post on all the same threads, for the same period of time, that they absolutely lied and misrepresented the facts. Now if you were the Dabbler and had told the truth wouldn't you take me on and shut me up once and for all? What do you say Jack? Think they're telling the truth?

Message #250...Jack, Jack, Jack...this is old news. Both of these antennas were developed by Emergent Technologies several years ago. IAS has no right to patent anything, because only the original inventor can patent something and IAS has no inventors on its staff.

You will notice that these were not product announcements; they are R&D announcements, which is contrary to the best interests of the shareholders. It is unwise to announce results before you are ready to sell something. But of course we all know the Dabbler is extremely unwise. What IAS has done is to invite competitors around the world to replicate the R&D and then compete with IAS/ITKG for the market. Since the WVU patents are USA only, and given that they are the current subject of three (3) Federal lawsuits, it is unlikely that IASCA could take any action to prevent a foreign competitor from taking its ideas and commercializing them - - - - IF???? in fact they work!

So, where are we?.....Back where we started from. More misrepresentations, more lies, more REGspeak more REGspectation by a band of REGtards and no BEEF.

Love to the Dabbler
