Before all this worry, the fear was that the baby bells and alike would bury @Home with DSL they even declared victory and announced the deployment of their service. Now they change tactics and say, you have to let us use your network, eat up your bandwidth enjoy your risky and expensive upgrades. Meanwhile their highbandwidth lines are dedicated to business at exorbitant prices. No these lines won't be reciprocally available at similar prices. All this seems uncompetitive in my eye. This is merely a regulatory scheme for a great convoluted bureaucracy, such are the messes we make. Yes I can see now that it is the first choice of the ROBC's to avoid competition in favor of a more lucrative regulation scheme that controls their only competition. Cheap bandwidth is a frightening think to any ROBC.
