That 10:30 turn was working good up until about 60 days ago. That turn was working both ways, down after up and up after down. The turns have been working lately at 11:00 instead of 10:30, and last week there were some that happened between 11 and 1 which is really unusual. If the bull market starts up again, that 10:30 turn may start working again. If you are buying on the dips on an up move or selling on the rallies on a down move, watch for that turn for a reversal in the overall trend; in other words, if you buy on a dip on an uptrending stock between 10:30 and noon, you may have greater risk than at some other point in the day.
