Dino, you are right their NDA is already accepted. Viagra bypass I do not know, maybe they did, I look into it and did not find it in old news. Fast track is not a lost battle for Zonagen, it is more paper work than "urgency". I am not sure but I think they still have a chance for fast track review. It was the same for Viagra (the argument was Muse was available) and they got it, Yes, some difference in the cases. But if the public is not expecting it better for the stock. Maybe foreign sales will give some life to the stock.
