Futurist, the 91.5 % mentioned in the conference call was about the Ovonic battery sub-division's stock. ECD still owns 91.5% of the Sub division (Honda -Sanho -Sanyo) own 8.5%. I belive ECD traded some shares with Unique Mobility (about 2 million ?) I would like to know if I am wrong someone let me know. This information is coming from memory I did not check any written information from releases. Allen
