Hi Ed, Good post. I think that those in the know like yourself and many others on this site keep "hoping" that management pulls a rabbit out of the hat! It is in all of our interests to keep this thing alive in the hope a deal gets done, but there is likely enough crap that has gone on that we would be delisted if the truth were known. It bothers me to see workers getting stiffed while the company shells out $15,000/month to a president who has demonstrated that he can't get any deal done. Yes, markets are bad right now, but when the junior markets were flying we still did not get anything done! If this financing does get completed, I will be the first to call and congratulate management, but we are close to hitting the wall here, and more drastic action will be required if a deal is not consumated shortly.
