A 3:1 consolation with less than 8 million shares out doesn't give me much confidence in management if I were to buy this stock again. The stock will eventually end up returning to 15 cents after the rollback.Its basically the same management makeup that failed before.Also,Steve Shurman has been named CEO.He was a director previous before unloading out all his stock and resigning.Tedesco's cheerleading didn't do nothing to help the company in the past.This company has been one failure after another.Why are they still commited to the same area?
