lucent.com:80/press/1098/981014.cob.html Luncent's PAC is a very significant compression technology and allows for very high quality while preserving bandwidth. I do not see MP3 as the standard which will go forward and strongly suspect co's. like Lucent will eventually team up with the RIAA and their legions and create a very secure encryption and watermark offering. This will satisfy both the RIAA and independent artists and allow for very fast and secure, downloads, which provides much better quality music. The question we're all waiting to have answered is what, if any, role is or will NCI play in this industry and what is the relationship, if any, with Lucent. It is likely that Friday's volume and large block trading was selling by a warrant holder who sold common converted from his warrants. Doubt these were negotiated trades and IMO the seller made a BIG MISTAKE in exiting as a shareholder or lightening up. I encourage all to watch Lucent's web site for new developments in PAC.
