Markatech Industries Corporation - Private placments and licencing agreement not completed Markatech Industries Corporation MKD Shares issued 8,327,149 1998-10-28 close $0.1 Wednesday Oct 28 1998 Mr. R. Douglas McLean reports The private placements announced in Stockwatch Oct. 15, 1997, May 29, 1998, and Aug. 6, 1998, were not completed. The letter of intent between the company and a private company based in Montreal to provide a Francophone licence to Markatech's technologies, as outlined in Stockwatch Dec. 9, 1997, did not culminate in a Francophone technology licencing agreement due to a failure of the Montreal company to fulfill the licencing fee payment terms.
