Hi Chuca,

IMHO.. For Golden Queen to be producing the figures you are talking about on .030zpt they would need to be in an operation something like this..

Have a cyanide leach pad about 300ft high covering some 30 to 50 acres.
Run continuously (24 hrs a day), around 10 trucks which could carry approximately 200 tons of ore per load. Trucks might cost about 1.5 million each.
Have at least 2 , 5 to 7 million dollar computer operated shovels.
A cyanide leaching pond that can feed a recovery rate in excess of
3,000 gals of pregnant cyanide solution per minute..
Employee between 40 and 60 people to keep the operation going
365 days per year..
I would assume their cost per oz of gold is pretty near $230 per oz.
Costs per oz might be higher if they have to do any crushing of the material and how far they have to truck.
It is possible that they employee several super conveyors that can bring the ore to the pile..
I would guess it cost them close to 50 million to get on line.

By todays standards .03 ozpt is considered good, if you can move
the material and lots of it.

WL

Just guessing.
