Why??? Delays are always dangerous. To delay anything significant in this volatile market, especially in the upswing, sounds like all you are doing is delaying the inevitable. My opinion is that if they get a SUBSTANTIAL deal with a HUGE partner, then the potential of this property will be tapped fully. If not, then this is a hype job now.
