The announcement also includes the preannouncement of earnings at .28-.32 for fourth quarter. Zacks has a mean forecast of .31 so this may indicate weak earnings though I'm not sure. On the other side, it seemed like the stock was strong yesterday in advance of the earnings so maybe the market anticipates that the spinnoffs will raise value. What do you think?
