One thing you may want to keep in the back of your mind here, is that it would be likely that the property-aquisition will need financing of some sort. Yorkton might be the one doing this. I know very little about this type a mannipulation, if this is indeed what is going on. Or for that mather I don't know how Yorkton or the company would be best served, with a low or high price at time of financing. Just doing some thinking out loud, All the best, Robert
