He's perceived as being negative, because he sold his stock Believe or not, this is a forum for discussing prospects of an investment. Whether someone is long, short, tall, small or any combination thereof is of no concern or bearing on the discussion. Possibly you could start a longs only positive thoughts thread where you could canonize Fred Luke and demonize Gary and his evil (yet ethical) band of Canadian Shortsellers. The best securities analysts in the world are those who can perform a "fornsic" evaluation, looking under every rock. They understand the potential for success, but more importantly they analyze what could go wrong, ensuring their clients are aware of all the risks associated with a particular investment. And accessing those risks is what is curiously absent from the posts of Ted, Jeff and yourself. jmt
